"Very Good"
It was very modern and very clean. Staff was extra nice. Breakfast was nice. It was close to bus services, train station, and many unique areas.

I wish you to be very careful with your personal items when staying at this Hotel. I have lost my Wedding earings which were priceless to me. Me and my husband had a Wedding in Amalfi cost and Nunu Hotel was last stay before our flight home. We arrived on Saturday and checked-in to leave our luggages before going out to town. My husband putted in the safe some personal items. On Sunday morning because of the rush I took from the safe our passports but forgot to take my pearl earings which were inside little black pocket (safe inside was black as well). In the evening at the Airport I have realized that I do not have my earings with me. I immediatelly called to the Hotel to ask if they found them. The guy who worked in the reception told he do no know anything and will check with the collegue. After our flight late at night I have called to the Hotel again. The same guy told me that lady will call me in the morning and he thinks they found my earings. I was happy to hear good news. But in the morning I did not receive any calls, so I called myself. Lady in the reception said that cleaning lady confirmed the safe was open and empty. Yes, for sure safe was open but definately not empty - there was my Wedding earings. I have asked to check again and the answer was the same. I just cannot believe how they can tell me such a lie, so asked to check with other guests who stayed in the same room after us - maybe they found earings in the safe. Lady said she will call me. And guess what - no calls all day. I have called once again on Monday evening - other lady said guests are out and once they came back, they will call me at the earliest. Once again - no calls till Tuesday lunch time. I have called again and again, no one answered. Then lady from reception called me back and said the same - safe was open and empty! The same day I have asked that Hotel Management will contact me - nothing happened.

"Wonderful"
The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooms where bright , providing a table, sofa chair , large bed, side lights , balcony , spacious bathroom, safe and Tv The staff were very friendly. Breakfast supplied was cold meats , fruits and small hot buffet section, provided fresh coffee every morning . Cold beverages available to purchase, Parking is available, valet parking at the cost of 40 per night, very good service. When car is wanted it arrives within 10 minutes Location is on a busy Main Street, 10 minute walk from main plazas and bars and food restaurant.

We came to Napoli for two nights and Ive booked this hotel here because of the reviews. Well, it is located in the middle of one of the main streets of Napoli so the location is good. If you are coming with a car, they have a car parking service, so dont look for one yourself, just park in front of the hotel and go up to the reception and they will take the car from you. It will cost you between 30-40 per day depending on the size of the car. The room was very small, the shower is too small! If you want to sit on the toilet you have to be very intuitive. Since the toilet sit is almost on the sink!!! We were on the 1st floor, and the noise from the street day and night are thought, so if you are a lite sleeper.. think twice. Food was ok for breakfast, nothing was missing. I think it is more of a B&B and not a Hotel but I think it is overpriced for this place. And one last thing, it is too pink for me and I think for most people.

Perfect location. walking distance: 5 min to the historical center, 10 min to central station, 15 min to the marina. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties. Clean and spacious bathroom.

Everything is great, very good breakfast, which is rare in Italy. Otherwise perfect place to stay in Naples, metro station was close, historic center, and the ferry docks were in walking distance. Hotel itself is very clean and in great condition, we had two balconies. Would stay again.

Room and furnishings, excellent,, with only one suggestion--bathroom really needs an exhaust fan--at least that we could find. We had a deluxe, corner room on the main floor. Quiet and convenient. The building lobby is really grungy==like an old Moscow apt building, not sure what can be done about that, as it is not exclusively the hotel's building. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfasts are terrific--many choices--especially the pastries, coffees, and fresh fruit.

The location was good, between two metro stations. The hotel staff was delightful and helpful, they know English and they were very kind. The room was clean. The cleaning staff cleaned it daily and changed the towels. The hotel is located in an apartment building, the building is clean and there is an elevator (a small one). The room had air conditioning, a safe, an iron, and more...
